Ceramics from the Pacific Islands!
Two independent children’s workshops, on November 2 & 9, dedicated to the ceramic tradition of the Pacific Islands. This is where ceramics intersect with the myths and traditions of the ancient peoples of Polynesia.
Sunday, November 9, 11:00-13:00 & 14:00-16:00
In this workshop, we “travel” to the islands of the Pacific Ocean, and we discover the unique vessels of Papua. Ceramics with the faces of animals, birds, and humans inspire us to create our own pots.
Design & implementation: Thalassini Bratsou
The program is aimed at children aged 6 to 12 years.
Participation fee: €15.
Our students will receive their ceramics fired and glazed.
