The Centre for the Study of Modern Pottery houses an extensive collection of ceramics, tools, and archival materials, which began to be assembled in the 1950s. The collection includes over 3,000 ceramic objects from across the Mediterranean region, dating from the 16th to the 20th century. The institution’s collection also includes tools and objects linked to the processes of ceramic production and decoration.

The Centre for the Study of Modern Pottery has a rich audiovisual archive.

The archive includes video, photographs and audio documents. These are rare recordings that highlight various aspects of ceramic art in Greece during the 20th century. The Foundation’s archive is currently under digitalization.

The Foundation has a specialized library in the field of the history and technology of pottery. It boasts a large number of monographs, journals, conference proceedings, catalogs and reprints.
