Our educational programs continue this year, focusing on modern ceramics and its various expressions. They are addressed to all levels of education, run daily, are experiential, and are adapted to the abilities and learning needs of each group.
The aim of our programs is to introduce students to all aspects of the ancient art of ceramics, while also familiarizing them with the museum environment. They are designed in accordance with the official curriculum and are implemented based on the students’ age.
The content of the programs is connected to the history of ceramic art from antiquity to the present day, as well as to Greek mythology and folk tradition. Through appropriate visual materials and educational tools—such as experiential play and active participation—the programs highlight different facets of the ceramic tradition.
