The Center for the Study of Modern Ceramics, the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, the Institute of Historical Research of the National Hellenic Research Foundation, AIECM3, the European Union, and the Ministry of Culture co-organized the 12th International Congress on Medieval and Modern Period Mediterranean Ceramics.
The Center for the Study of Modern Ceramics – G. Psaropoulou Family Foundation (C.S.M.C.) was founded in 1987 by Betty Psaropoulou and is the fruit of her many years of research, the rich collection of ceramics and the archival material she had gathered during her extensive research journey in Greece.
