The primary goal of the experiential program “Touch & Expression” is to provide individuals with disabilities access to the world of ceramics, with a particular focus on engaging them with contemporary ceramic creation. Additionally, the program aims to highlight the emerging diversity and free the creativity of the participants through their introduction to the works of contemporary ceramists.
The Center for the Study of Modern Ceramics – G. Psaropoulou Family Foundation (C.S.M.C.) was founded in 1987 by Betty Psaropoulou and is the fruit of her many years of research, the rich collection of ceramics and the archival material she had gathered during her extensive research journey in Greece.
